Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Missouri seeks a Client Manager in the Business Insurance department to manage new and renewal business and client service for commercial accounts. You will work with a 5–7 person team to prepare submissions, market proposals, and bind coverage, while ensuring accurate policy reviews and prompt client responses.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of insurance products and risk management, with in-person collaboration and optional hybrid flexibility to suit team needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in underwriting, rating and billing or prior insurance experience at an agency or related company
• 1-2 years’ experience providing customer service to commercial lines customers.
• Some college or higher education
• Sagitta & Epic Experience

Responsibilities

• Handle new business, renewal business, and customer service needs across a large volume of complex accounts with a 5–7 person team.
• Prepare and market submissions, develop proposals, bind coverage, review and correct policies.
• Respond promptly to all client requests while coordinating with service teams, producers, and clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and risk management principles.
• Collaborate in-office with service teams, producers, and clients; hybrid flexibility as needed.
