Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Columbia, SC is seeking a Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team to deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues. You will assist with changes, rating, and accurate client data entry, collaborating with team members to meet service needs.

A high school diploma is required, with a Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two years of Business Insurance experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years' Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.)
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight
