Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from initiation through onboarding, developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional activities to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution.
• Serve as a primary contact and trusted partner for clients, strategic distribution partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, Calculation Services, System Administration, Product Forms, and other areas to establish accountabilities and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and resolve implementation risks, issues, and obstacles, balancing client needs, operations, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate effective client and internal meetings, communicating status, decisions, actions, and next steps clearly.
• Partner with Sales and Account Executives during sales/onboarding, providing implementation expertise and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Provide consultative guidance on Affinity Solutions products and processes, helping clients navigate options and implement effective solutions.
• Leverage PM tools, data, and technology to monitor progress, manage priorities, and provide visibility into status and outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement to streamline processes, reduce manual activities, and enhance the client and associate experience through technology and AI-enabled capabilities.
