Securian Financial Group is seeking a Client Implementation Sr Analyst to lead onboarding of new clients and implement program changes. You will coordinate across Sales, Account Executives, Underwriting, and Operations to ensure timely, high-quality implementations and a seamless client experience.

You will leverage AI-enabled capabilities and modernize processes, shaping the future of client onboarding while collaborating with various internal teams and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from initiation through onboarding with detailed project plans and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, and more.
• Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and obstacles in implementation.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings with clear status updates and next steps.
• Partner with Sales during onboarding to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Provide consultative guidance on Affinity Solutions products and processes.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and streamlined processes.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to enhance experiences.
• Champion modernization efforts to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
