Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or wealth management operations.
• Experience leading complex RIAs or wealth management onboarding programs.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Client Onboarding & Implementation function with strategy and roadmap.
• Lead pre-implementation planning through activation and transition to steady-state service.
• Build scalable onboarding methodology with segmentation, readiness assessments, and governance.
• Own client acclimation and adoption strategy to drive platform value.
• Define and maintain the white-glove onboarding standard across all firms.
• Engage with client executives to set expectations and maintain confidence.
• Lead governance and readiness assessments for prospective and committed clients.
• Partner with Sales/Relationship Management to align expectations and scope.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Operations, Service, Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk.
• Define measurable onboarding outcomes like time to activation and adoption.
• Own development of playbooks, training, and escalation protocols.
• Build and lead a scalable onboarding team with clear roles and performance.
