Job summary

Securian Financial seeks a Client Implementation Sr Analyst to lead onboarding and implementation for new and existing clients within Affinity Solutions’ Client Experience & Operations. You will coordinate across Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, and other teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality executions while proactively addressing risks and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from initiation through onboarding with project plans and milestones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve implementation risks, issues, and obstacles.
• Facilitate effective client and internal meetings with clear status updates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives during onboarding and handoffs.
• Provide consultative guidance on products, processes, and system capabilities.
• Leverage PM tools and data to monitor progress and improve outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement and modernization via automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
