Job summary

Securian Financial Group is seeking a Client Implementation Sr Analyst to lead onboarding for new clients and coordinate program changes across departments. You will manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while serving as the main liaison for clients and partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, Underwriting, and IT teams to ensure a seamless client experience, identify risks, and drive timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client implementations and onboarding in a professional services or financial services setting.
• Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from initiation through onboarding with project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and a positive experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, Calculation Services, System Administration, and Product Forms.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and obstacles to timely decisions and solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and provide clear status updates, decisions, and next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales during onboarding to set expectations and smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Provide guidance on Affinity Solutions products and processes for effective client solutions.
• Leverage data, tools, and technology to monitor progress and improve transparency and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, modernize processes, and enhance client and associate experience through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and cross-functional partnerships to support growth.
