Job summary

ADP in the San Fernando Valley/North Los Angeles area is seeking a Client HR Business Partner III. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our largest clients, deploying HR expertise, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges.

You’ll build strong relationships with external clients and internal partners, manage complex client questions, provide training on ADP solutions, and share best practices with teammates.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years in a customer service or human resources environment with a track record of positive results.
• A college degree is helpful but not required; alternative experiences may apply (military experience acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems with a broad perspective, identify solutions, and provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up; strive to exceed client expectations.
