Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related org.
• 5-8 years in customer service or HR with proven results.
• Travel anticipated more than 5%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Resolve client issues; provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Set priorities, organize day, multi-task and provide prompt follow-up; uphold integrity.
