Job summary

ADP, Inc. in the San Fernando Valley/North Los Angeles area is hiring a Client HR Business Partner III.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to address critical business challenges. You will build relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicate clearly, and deliver expert guidance, training, and best practices on ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies; identify solutions and train clients on ADP solutions.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues; set priorities and follow up.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate. Interpret business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients; share knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
