Job summary

ADP is seeking a field Client HR Business Partner III. This is a remote role open to candidates in the Salt Lake City area. The successful candidate will visit clients in the Salt Lake City metro regularly and support California-based clients virtually.

You will act as a trusted HR advisor, applying your HR experience and ADP product knowledge to solve client challenges, maintaining ADP’s service reputation, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive training and guidance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience.
• 5–8 years in a customer service or HR environment.
• >5% travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve as an HR expert for ADP's largest clients and complex products.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations, prioritize, and follow up.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and colleagues on best practices.
