Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client HR Business Partner III for the San Fernando Valley/North Los Angeles region, with a preference for Granada Hills and nearby areas. The role focuses on acting as an HR expert for ADP's largest clients, leveraging product knowledge and consulting skills to solve complex business challenges.

You will build trusted relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicate effectively, and aim to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8+ years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• A college degree is great but not required; other acceptable experiences include military experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, providing information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate and exceed client expectations through clear, timely follow-up and relationship management.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and ADP leadership on solutions and best practices.
