ADP in the Greater Philadelphia area is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges. You will build relationships with external clients and internal partners, manage client expectations, and deliver training on ADP solutions.

The role emphasizes clear communication, ethics, and client-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• A college degree is great but not required; other acceptable experiences include military service or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues, set priorities, and provide prompt follow-up; uphold ADP's Integrity is Everything.
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
