Job summary
N-iX is seeking a Senior Client Partner to grow business within an existing account portfolio and ensure high client satisfaction. You will identify opportunities, build trust-based relationships, and lead pitches, RFPs, and renewals.
The role requires 5–7+ years in IT services and 2+ years in sales within a service firm; travel to the USA and Canada is expected. Flexible remote/on-site options are available while maintaining US/Canada engagement.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in IT Services/Consulting (project-based solution selling, outsourcing/nearshoring)
- 2+ years in a Sales role within a service company
- Previous practitioner experience in software and/or data engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), IT outsourcing models (T&M, Dedicated Team, Fixed Price), and commercial terms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Cultivate trust-based client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead account planning, stakeholder mapping, and growth strategies.
- Lead preparation of pitches, RFIs, RFPs, and commercial offers.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals; track SOW/PO/contract expiry.
