N-iX CTO Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architecture direction, guide cross-functional initiatives, and mentor architects across multiple accounts. You will shape technology roadmaps, participate in pre-sales, and ensure scalable, high-impact delivery for large enterprise clients.

The role requires hands-on delivery experience, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to scale architectural impact across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years in architecture leadership or principal level roles within IT services/consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients.
• Experience building solutions from scratch for large-scale distributed systems (team 30+, 12+ months).
• Deep cloud-native architecture knowledge with hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP exposure.
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed design.
• Experience coaching and mentoring in a matrix/consulting environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with engineers and executives.
• Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture vision across enterprise client portfolios.
• Drive growth by establishing frameworks and reusable assets for delivery and consulting.
• Mentor architecture and engineering teams across accounts.
• Advise C-level clients on digital strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Govern portfolio architecture for maintainability and long-term value.
• Oversee discovery phases, workshops, and architecture audits.
• Own pre-sales and cost estimation with a clear technical vision.
• Direct project execution to align with architectural goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to meet client needs.
