Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Open new accounts, assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, Reg CC, and fraud prevention; manage risk and documentation.
• Coordinate with team and other departments to meet client financial needs and expand relationships.
