Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• NMLS SAFE ACT registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and over the phone.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues; greet clients.
• Support three-ring standard and handle banking transactions.
• Open new accounts and process related paperwork.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Lead risk compliance and monitor reports.
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure distinctive service.
• Perform other related duties as required.
