Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• HOA management experience preferred, not required.
• High level of professionalism and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to drive to communities and pass background/DMV checks.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine customer service requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Initiates service requests and records information in HOA management systems.
• Follows up on assigned interactions and completes admin duties.
• Suggests updates to knowledge content and adheres to company values.
• Works under deadlines and maintains professional demeanor.
• Acts as an ambassador for Keystone Pacific and supports team goals.
