Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC, a leading HOA management firm, seeks a Client Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at the Client Experience Center. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, perform administrative duties, and support various HOA functions including architectural, escrow, or billing as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to routine customer service requests (phone, email, chat) in a timely manner.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Enter information in CCaaS and HOA management software and follow up on interactions.
• Assist with annual mailings and maintain records and reports.
• Transcribe documents and manage keys, permits, and applications.
