Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Senior Client Executive for our Business Insurance team in Richmond. You will build and maintain client relationships, serve as trusted advisor, and help assess risks to deliver innovative solutions for large accounts.

You will lead marketing, servicing, and retention efforts, aligning resources across Claims, Risk Control, and liability areas while driving client value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Ten years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel competency.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers.
• Advise and consult to assess risks and provide innovative solutions for complex risk issues.
• Guide marketing, servicing, and retention of larger accounts.
• Determine resources needed to support clients and prospects.
