Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks a Senior Specialist to join the Austin Events team. You will assist the Manager - Client Events, lead event organization, plan, project manage, and attend events.

The role supports both in-office and hybrid work arrangements and requires a strong background in business development or marketing within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an events qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, project manage, and deliver events, including meetings and timelines.
• Develop and manage event budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate budgets, expense processing, and post-event analysis.
• Curate invitations and liaise with stakeholders and e-marketing teams.
• Draft communications and collateral aligning with brand standards.
