Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP seeks a Manager – Client Events, US to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of client-facing events across multiple offices. You will act as a strategic advisor to partners, shape event strategy, and drive cross-office collaboration.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution with a focus on ROI. Hybrid work options are available, with in-office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Events qualification preferred.
• Minimum six (6) years in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years cumulative experience in events industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to partners and senior stakeholders on event strategy and execution.
• Lead budgeting, spend tracking, vendor negotiations, and ROI reporting.
• Partner with BD, Brand & Communications to ensure consistent branding and integrated communications.
• Oversee on-site event logistics and risk management.
