Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• An events qualification, preferably.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a business development or marketing role.
• Experience in a professional services environment, preferably.

Aufgaben

• Pro-actively coordinating various aspects of the event lifecycle, including planning meetings, checklists, budgets, expense processing, vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, data management, post-event analysis.
• Curating targeted invitations lists for each event, working closely with stakeholders and e-marketing team.
• Drafting event communications and collateral that align with Latham branding.
• Developing and controlling budgets for each event; identifying, negotiating, and achieving cost savings with venues and vendors.
• Continuously staying abreast of event best practices as well as market and industry trends.
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains.
