Job summary

Kx Advisors seeks an Engagement Lead to manage one engagement end-to-end, guiding consultants and serving as the main client contact. You will drive project schedules, shape deliverables, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure client satisfaction.

You will also contribute to business development by delivering high-quality work and building lasting client relationships, while coaching junior staff and shaping strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategy consulting, market research, or other project-based work experience.
• S. or B.A degree from a top four-year college in Science, Health, or Business.
• D. or Master’s degree preferred; Healthcare experience preferred in pharma/biotech/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage one engagement from start to finish: schedule, guide team, and interact with clients.
• Lead small project teams, provide coaching, prepare client presentations.
• Support business development with high-quality work and client relationships.
