Job summary

Pitcoff Law Group PC is seeking a Senior Advisor, Client Development to manage prospective-client relationships across inbound inquiries, referrals, follow-up opportunities, and targeted outreach. This consultative sales role serves business owners, executives, and professionals navigating legal and financial issues.

You will close opportunities, coordinate with attorneys, and maintain a robust pipeline in the firm's CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful consultative, relationship-based, or high-value sales experience.
• Strong closing ability and comfort asking prospective clients to make a decision and move forward.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners, executives, professionals, and other sophisticated decision-makers.
• New York City-area candidates preferred, with flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own prospective-client opportunities from initial contact through signed engagement.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand needs and establish clear next steps.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of inbound inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Coordinate with attorneys conducting consultations and drive timely follow-up.
• Identify decision drivers and guide qualified prospects toward engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and use insights to improve performance.
