Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Lead to guide North American utilities through complex technology transformations. You’ll bridge business, product, and engineering, owning client relationships and aligning delivery across billing, finance, data, and DERMS domains.

You’ll work hands-on with Kraken’s product managers and developers, triaging requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring timely value delivery. The role is North America based, onsite in NYC with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Technical delivery/product experience with strong client-facing skills
• Experience bridging business and engineering teams
• Sector experience in energy/utilities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with product owners and business owners
• Be the first point of contact for tech development and escalation for the domain/product issues
• Be the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken Platform
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally
• Summarizing client needs and timelines to enable Kraken platform development
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features
• Challenge clients to drive continuous iteration and deployment
