Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Lead in New York to drive transformation for North American utilities and to embed new operating models on client projects.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will work with utility leaders and frontline teams, coaching, designing processes, and delivering leadership programs while traveling across North America. You will report to the H&O Practice and help make change stick.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience with North American energy utilities.
• Strong client leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor stakeholders.
• Ability to travel frequently in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and transformation within implementations.
• Coach and mentor client leaders 1:1.
• Design and stand up operational processes for North American utilities.
• Deliver leadership development programs.
• Produce facilitation materials and training content.
• Analyze performance data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Build trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
