Job summary

Kraken Tech is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to guide transformation journeys for clients, bridging product, engineering, and client teams. You will own domains, manage senior stakeholders, and translate client needs into actionable delivery plans.

You will champion Kraken’s iterative approach, drive efficient delivery, and support clients through change in a fast-paced energy-tech environment.

Qualifications

Client-facing product ownership/management experience.
Experience delivering technology products in an agile environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate and optimize complex delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

Own a domain or product area for your client and act as the primary contact for technology development and issue resolution.
Build deep understanding of Kraken and client needs to advise on best solutions.
Triage and prioritize incoming requests and relay client needs and timelines to Kraken teams.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate client needs into clear priorities and features.
Challenge clients to think differently about tech development and promote Kraken’s iterative approach.
Contribute to a simple, efficient Kraken delivery process and guide stakeholders through change.
