Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking an experienced professional to independently lead client strategy for the largest and most complex clients across the firm. You will diagnose client needs, develop proactive engagement plans, and drive strategic placement decisions to maximize value.

The role requires 5+ years in Personal Property & Casualty, strong knowledge of coverage options, and the ability to coordinate with Placement teams while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Strong knowledge of coverages, gaps, and placement strategies
• Experience in client-facing strategy and stewardship
• Licensure in Property & Casualty Insurance (state) preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and facilitate strategy meetings with clients and internal teams
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analyses
• Collaborate with Placement team to optimize placement strategies
• Lead stewardship planning and delivery for key accounts
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, and endorsements
• Summarize current policies and expiring exposures
• Draft proposals and manage policy details and invoices
