Spotlight is seeking a Senior Consultant, Customer Engagement to build and run advocacy, reference, and customer evidence programs that turn clients' best customers into powerful voices in market. You'll work with Spotlight's AR-focused Client Teams and our Research & Intelligence division to ensure advocacy is a strategic asset that feeds analyst relations and market insight.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or reference programs in B2B tech/SaaS.
• Collaborative mindset across AR and Research to create cohesive client experiences.
• Strong facilitation and workshop-reading skills with client stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to translate data into clear client narratives.
• Ownership and adaptability in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and run Advocacy, Reference, and Customer Evidence programs for clients.
• Build research plans and data collection to understand client challenges.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to client contacts and keep programs on track.
• Partner with AR-focused Client Teams and R&I to align advocacy with market data.
• Co-facilitate workshops bridging Marketing, Product, and Sales.
• Track engagement, milestones, and resources to ensure quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities for add-on services and support proposals with client insights.
