Job summary

JAMES PERSE is currently hiring a full time Senior Client Advisor for our Bleecker location in New York. You will focus on client development and client sales, setting an example in customer service excellence and visual merchandising standards.

In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee store operations and staff as the most senior presence, while building relationships with high-end clientele and driving sales with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in high-end retail sales.
• Ability to manage store opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals and store standards.
• Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
