Job summary

JAMES PERSE in Wilmette, IL is seeking a Senior Client Advisor who will drive client development and sales while upholding the brand’s exceptional service, merchandising and store standards.

In the absence of Store Management, you’ll oversee store operations and staff, build relationships with a cultivated high-end clientele, and participate in events and projects to elevate the James Perse experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a boutique setting selling high-end goods.
• Established clientele experience is a plus.
• Open scheduling availability for a 7 days a week operation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking.
