As a Senior Client Advisor, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and developing lasting client relationships. You'll serve as a brand ambassador, leading by example through A.P.C.'s selling ceremony while inspiring your team to achieve both personal and store goals. What You'll Do Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional client service through A.P.C.'s selling ceremony.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

Leadership

• Lead by example on the sales floor.
• Motivate, coach, and inspire the team to achieve daily sales goals.
• Reinforce selling standards and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Help create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

Store Operations

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
• Take ownership of the boutique when the Store Manager is absent.
• Open and close the boutique following company procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention.
• Ensure operational excellence while maintaining an elevated shopping environment.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
• 1+ years of leadership or keyholder experience.
• A passion for luxury retail and client service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and inventory events.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
