Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or luxury client service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and inventory periods
• Ability to stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with A.P.C.’s selling ceremony and brand values
• Drive individual and store sales performance while cultivating long-term client relationships
• Provide personalized styling recommendations across all product categories
• Develop and maintain a strong client book through CRM and in-store clienteling tools
• Support loyalty and repeat business through thoughtful follow-up and communication
• Operations & Visual Standards: Maintain boutique presentation according to A.P.C.’s visual merchandising standards
• Support daily operational tasks, inventory management, and stock organization
• Assist with store upkeep and ensure an elevated in-store environment
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures
