Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients' daily financial activities and coordinate requests
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR, GL maintenance) and monitor cash positions
• Submit, monitor, and review payroll for client entities and households
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly/year-end financial statements and cash flow reports
• Monitor credit card activity, insurance policies, and related matters
• Support major financial transactions including real estate and vehicle purchases
• Coordinate year-end tax reporting (1099, W-2, 1042) and assist with tax prep
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues
• Participate in special projects as assigned
