Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Associate at our Hawaii location to greet walk‑in customers and foster a warm, friendly showroom environment.

You will manage the dealership calendar, document mileage, collect contact information, and relay messages as needed. The role requires at least 6 months in customer service, clerical work, and typing 35 wpm, with strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience.
• Must be able to type 35 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership.
• Reviews dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports.
• Provide customer service, which may include greeting and direct customers, obtaining contact information, and documentation of vehicle mileage.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties.
• Maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area.

Work Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday from 9:30am - 6:00pm, Sunday from 10:00am - 4:00pm (Thursday/Friday off)
