CNA Insurance is seeking an experienced Claims professional to manage high-exposure, complex mass tort litigation claims across multiple CNA offices. You will analyze policy language, develop resolution strategies, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with internal and external partners to move claims to closure.

The ideal candidate has a JD or BA with at least six years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• JD or Bachelor's degree with relevant claims or legal experience.
• Typically six years of relevant claims or legal experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.
• Negotiation experience, including mediations.

Responsabilités

• Manage an inventory of complex commercial litigation claims requiring technical expertise and proactive claim handling.
• Analyze policy language and coverage obligations; prepare written determinations.
• Develop and execute claim resolution strategies including settlements and litigation management.
• Provide timely updates and maintain proactive communication with insureds, claimants, and partners.
• Set and manage reserves considering coverage and damages.
• Keep leadership informed of risks and losses through evaluations and presentations.
