Qualifications

• 10+ years of claims handling experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop personnel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of claims representatives responsible for managing moderate to complex casualty claims for personal and commercial accounts.
• Triaging, assigning, and supervising investigation and resolution of claims within the team’s territory.
• Recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating personnel; handling performance reviews and salary adjustments.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
