Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accident and Sickness claims with prior supervisory experience.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; college degree and Associate in Claims designation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient time management and organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure regulatory compliance and financial authority.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and protect insureds' interests.
• Oversee claim investigations, denials, and reserve letters.
• Coordinate with carriers, claimants, and vendors; travel as needed.
• Ensure claim file integrity and data accuracy.
• Support budgeting, strategic planning, and staff development.
