Onsite at Leader Heights office, you will collaborate with underwriters, legal, and risk management while communicating clearly with policyholders, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Qualifications include Secondary school education with four years in the insurance field and/or three to five years in insurance claims.
• Must have or obtain appropriate state adjuster licenses.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks daily and weekly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Investigate property losses and contact insureds, vendors, contractors, and others to expedite claims handling and maintain positive relations.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages to determine claim validity and settlements.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, contractors, and legal reps to reach fair resolutions.
• Facilitate disputes over damages scopes, repair costs, and replacement decisions to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and risk management to ensure compliance and effective claim handling.
• Provide timely updates to policyholders about claim status and next steps.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate as per protocol.
• Pursue subrogation opportunities and refer to subrogation unit as needed.
