Job summary

Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Claims Representative - Property in York, PA to handle and pay moderate to high complexity first-party property claims within designated authority. This role is onsite at our Leader Heights, York, PA office.

You will professionally investigate, manage files, and communicate with insureds, claimants, brokers, and vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and college degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in first-party property insurance claims or related field.
• Good written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle assigned claims in compliance with state requirements and financial authority.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating status and outcomes to insureds, claimants, and brokers.
• Represent the company with insureds, claimants, brokers, carriers, and vendors; may include travel and field work.
