Samsung Electronics America is seeking a seasoned Claims Senior Manager to lead end-to-end final mile and parcel claims across five providers. You will oversee a bi-national team (US and MX), drive automation, and leverage AI-driven analytics to reduce risk and improve recovery.

You will build playbooks, manage system integrations, and partner with IT, Product, and Finance to deliver data-driven improvements in claims processing and performance metrics.

Formación

• 7+ years in logistics claims management or related operations.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading multiple teams.
• Experience managing final mile/parcel carrier claims across providers.
• Knowledge of carrier liability frameworks and claims processes.
• Experience with cross-border or bilingual teams (US/Mexico).
• Proficiency in claims systems, carrier portals, and data reporting tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full claims lifecycle across all 5 providers.
• Establish standardized intake processes and submission timelines.
• Monitor claims aging and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop SOPs and training for US and MX teams.
• Oversee both final mile and parcel claims with distinct requirements.
• Own the claims management system stack and integrations.
• Lead AI/automation adoption to improve processing efficiency.
• Forecast volumes and surface trends to reduce risk.
