• Proven experience with final mile and parcel carrier claims across multiple providers.
• Strong knowledge of carrier liability, claims filing requirements, and recovery processes.
• Experience leading cross-border or bilingual teams (US and MX).
• Proficiency with claims systems, carrier portals, and data reporting tools.
