Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or insurance.
• 15+ years of claims management experience, with 5+ years in global/multinational programs.
• Proven track record across multiple jurisdictions and lines of business.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, policy forms, and legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end claims process for global policies (property, casualty, professional liability, specialty lines).
• Lead a team of claims professionals and TPAs.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective claims handling in line with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
• Develop relationships with insurers, brokers, counsel, and external partners.
• Prepare and present senior management reports on claims status and financial exposure.
• Manage claims reserves and ensure adequacy of potential liabilities.
• Provide training and mentorship to internal stakeholders.
