Job summary

The Hartford seeks a Manager Claims - CH07AE to lead the Complex Claims Unit, handling high-exposure environmental, toxic tort, asbestos, sexual molestation and other long-tail claims.

Hybrid or remote work options are available, with offices nationwide; you will direct strategy on coverage, liability, damages, allocation, litigation management, and settlements, while coaching a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement using data analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience guiding high-severity environmental, toxic tort, and long-tail claims.

Responsibilities
