Gallagher Bassett is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead Liability claims partnerships and deliver superior customer service. You will identify resources, think critically, and solve problems to drive outcomes while aligning resources for peak performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, hiring, training, and leveraging analytics to improve efficiency and quality across the branch and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive claims experience and supervisory capabilities.
• Licensed/certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Strong collaboration with clients, carriers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a branch and supervise other Branch Managers.
• Drive hiring, training, and quality to nurture performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, brokers, and Account Management to strengthen relationships.
• Use analytics and metrics to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Align area goals with strategic objectives and motivate peak performance.
