Progressive Insurance is seeking a senior claims specialist to investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, coordinating with police, medical professionals, claimants and attorneys as needed. This role supports determining coverage, liability and the total value of each claim.

The position is hybrid, with in-office expectations about four days per month for meetings and training, and full-time evenings/mornings in a Texas claims office network.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling, or two years in claims handling with a bachelor’s degree, or four years with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases or those with litigation features.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident to gather information.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim based on collected information and policy terms.
