AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a senior managing attorney to oversee the overall management of all in-house claims' legal offices, including supervising attorneys and paralegals across multiple offices and the Subrogation section for the Exchange. The role ensures compliant, high-quality legal representation aligned with policy terms and best practices.

Qualifications

• JD is required.
• 7–9 years of insurance defense law experience required.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Advanced leadership, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
• Must be a member of the state bar.
• Certified Legal Professional - National Association of Legal Assistants required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee attorney/paralegal staff including hiring, training, audits and budget management.
• Coach staff on performance and conduct salary reviews and promotions.
• Direct work and review attorney output for quality and cost control.
• Lead attorney file reviews and coordinate cases across offices.
• Provide legal opinions and policy interpretations for the Claims unit.
• Develop training programs for attorneys and claims staff.
• Monitor office performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Provide legal guidance to handling attorneys across files in offices.
