Job summary

AAA is seeking a Claims Senior Subrogation Specialist to manage complex subrogation files, negotiate settlements, and oversee arbitration filings across diverse loss types. You will work with carriers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to drive recovery opportunities and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires proficiency with E-Subro Hub, Arbitration Forums, and multiple claims/appraisal systems, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of claims liability experience.
• Experience with E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums.
• Advanced knowledge of claims administration and subrogation.
• Excellent written communication for arbitration contentions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims/appraisal systems.
• Ability to obtain NH, VT, and KY licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Arbitration Prep & Filing:Prepare and file high-quality arbitration contentions through Arbitration Forums.
• Litigation & Vendor Management: Manage litigated subrogation files and oversee vendors.
• Universal Communication & Negotiation: Negotiate with third-party carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Specialized Loss Recovery: Identify and pursue recovery for Medpay Trust, Property, Watercraft, Motorcycle, and more.
• Technology & Systems: Use E-Subro Hub and arbitration systems to exchange docs.
• Arbitration Industry Leadership: Serve as AF Panelist in complex intercompany cases.
• Liability & Damage Assessment: Evaluate liability and damages for complex files.
• Evidence & Verification: Gather police reports, repair estimates, and payment histories.
• Inbound Technical Review: Validate inbound demands for straight-through processing.
• Member Advocacy: Update insured members on status of deductible recovery.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records in specialized subrogation systems.
• Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements as required.
