AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Senior Subrogation Specialist to lead arbitration and complex subrogation efforts. You will evaluate, negotiate, and settle intricate files, coordinating with legal counsel and vendors across multiple markets.

You will manage inbound/outbound demands, pursue specialized losses, and serve as an Arbitration Forums panelist. Proficiency with E-Subro Hub, claims systems, and strong negotiation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 4-6 years of claims liability experience required.
• Previous experience with E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums required (high proficiency).
• Advanced knowledge of claims administration and subrogation principles across markets (high proficiency).
• Excellent written communication skills for arbitration contentions and legal correspondence (medium proficiency).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and claims systems (high proficiency).
• Organization and planning proficiency to manage complex litigation timelines (high proficiency).
• Advanced negotiation skills (medium proficiency).
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance; state licenses or ability to obtain others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Arbitration prep and filing for high-quality contentions through arbitration forums.
• Manage litigated subrogation files with legal counsel coordination and vendor oversight.
• Communicate with third-party carriers, counsel, government entities, and internal stakeholders to review and resolve inbound/outbound demands.
• Identify and pursue recovery for specialized losses including Medpay Trust, Property, Government, and Product Liability.
• Utilize E-Subro Hub and arbitration systems for documentation exchange and high-limit processing.
• Serve as AF panelist to review complex intercompany arbitration cases.
• Evaluate liability and damages for high-complexity files across markets.
• Gather internal/external documentation to verify third-party demands and liability arguments.
• Review inbound demands to ensure straight-through processing criteria.
• Maintain accurate records in subrogation systems to track productivity and outcomes.
